Cancellations, Non-Refundable Booking Fees, No-Shows and Consultation Fee
In order to book your appointment, we may require your card details or a non-refundable booking fee to be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellations between 72 and 48 hours of your appointment start time will be charged at 50% of the total appointment cost. Cancellations within 48 hours (or no-shows) will be charged at 100% of the total appointment cost.

We reserve the right to ask for payment in full before a booking will be made. If this is done, this amount will be treated the same as a non-refundable booking fee and will be retained in proportion to the above late cancellation charges (50% for cancellations between 72 and 48 hours and 100% for cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment start time).

If no booking fee is taken and you cancel within 72 hours, we reserve the right to ask for a late cancellation charge of 50% (or 100% if you cancel within 48 hours) of the total appointment cost, then payment in full in advance, to book any future appointments.

If you do not show for your appointment and haven’t contacted us we will treat this as a no show and the above terms and conditions shall apply.

All client consultation fees are £20. This is strictly non refundable, but if you give us 2 weeks notice prior to your attendance, and the appointment slot is moved to within 2 weeks of the original slot. – we will transfer to another date convenient to you if diary space allows. If we do not have the diary space, then the appointment will not be able to be moved.

We understand and appreciate things crop up, No one pays a deposit and expects that he or she aren't going to attend, which we understand. BUT, that is the whole concept of the “booking fee taking” process, in case of such eventualities - and if they are refundable, there is little point in them being taken in the first place.

However, regardless of this - these non-attendances incur business costs that potentially spiral into thousands of pounds and as a small business isn’t feasible. If you're not serious about the appointment , allow another guest to have the slot they crave – and indeed the booking fee helps with this process. If guests aren't sure whether they will actually attend or what they want, they tend not to pay the consultation or booking fee and book in. This makes it easier for those who are serious about it, to find a slot appropriate to their timescale. Which makes for a smoother service for everyone.


Lateness
Please let us know if you are going to be late for your appointment, we can usually allow for a few minutes, however we may have clients after your appointment. So if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may cancel your appointment and apply the above terms as a no-show.


Hair Extensions Fittings
All refits require a non refundable booking fee of £50 this will be deducted from the balance. The terms and conditions as set out under ‘Cancellations, Non-Refundable Booking Fees, No-Shows and Consultation Fees’.


New Hair
A non refundable booking fee will be required before any new hair is ordered. The booking fee of 75% of the total cost will apply to all new hair appointments, this is to cover the cost of the hair to buy in and allocate the required date and time for your service. The terms and conditions as set out under ‘Cancellations, Non-Refundable Booking Fees, No-Shows and Consultation Fees’.

*Please note hair will not be ordered until the booking fee has been received.


Hair Colour & All Other Hair Services
A non refundable booking fee of 50% will be required for all colour and other hair services, The terms and conditions as set out under ‘Cancellations, Non-Refundable Booking Fees, No-Shows and Consultation Fees’.


*Please note when you book in, you commit to having the service/s discussed. Any shortening of appointments will be charged as per the booking made. No add on services will be possible due to the appointment time scales. Please appreciate due to the impact of Covid-19 many small businesses have suffered. As a hair professional we are having to space appointments out. By changing your agreed/booked services on the day this would potentially leave large gaps in our diaries with loss to revenues.
